Harden & Wells is a full-service Chinese law firm of over 40 attorneys based in Beijing with offices in Shanghai, Changchun, China and Vancouver, Canada. The firm was established in April 1999 by a group of lawyers with extensive experiences from some of the largest law firms in China and abroad, who shared a common belief that clients deserve legal representation of the highest quality by lawyers who understand their clients' businesses and are sensitive to their clients' overall objectives. Harden & Wells lawyers are skilled professionals who have studied at renowned universities and law schools in China and/or abroad, including Beijing University, People's University of China, University of International Business and Economics, University of Political and Legal Science of China, Fudan University, Harvard Law School and the Law School of University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Some of the attorneys in the firm are also admitted in the U.S., such as in the States of Illinois and New York.

Clients

The majority of our clients are large and medium-sized multi-national corporations and domestic enterprises, banks, trust investment companies, financial institutions, investment banks, venture capital funds, trans-national investors, securities brokers, insurance companies, commercial institutions, foreign law firms, accounting firms, auditing firms and taxation agency offices. However, we also provide legal services to smaller corporate enterprises and companies.
