| We assist clients from foreign countries in establishing, operating and terminating equity joint ventures, cooperative joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, investment holding companies and representative offices in China. In this regard, we are able to handle all aspects of a project, including working out the overall investment plan, negotiating with relevant government authorities concerning land use and technology importation, and preparing all legal documents (e.g., joint venture contracts and the articles of association of foreign-invested enterprises). We have extensive experience representing Chinese and foreign parties in company dissolution or liquidation procedures, helping reorganize companies, structuring investment holding companies, and completing all procedures for setting up representative offices in China on behalf of our clients. |
