The firm was established in April 1999 by a group of lawyers with extensive experiences from some of the largest law firms in China and abroad, who shared a common belief that clients deserve legal representation of the highest quality by lawyers who understand their clients¡¯ businesses and are sensitive to their clients¡¯ overall objectives. Harden & Wells lawyers are skilled professionals who have studied at renowned universities and law schools in China and/or abroad, including Beijing University, People¡¯s University of China, University of International Business and Economics, University of Political and Legal Science of China, Fudan University, Harvard Law School and the Law School of University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
