Ms. Zhou Yuan is partner and Executive Director of Harden & Wells. She obtained her LL.B. degree in China and then pursued advanced studies in Germany. In the early stage of her study in Germany, she studied at the University of Bonn and the University of Marburg. After passing the German National Language Test, she successfully completed her legal studies and received her LL.M. degree at the famous University of Bonn, the alma mater of Karl Marx.
Entering the workplace in Germany, Ms. Zhou served at two renowned German law firms, Wirtschaftskanzlei PNHR in Hamburg and Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft MKRG in Cologne/D¨¹sseldorf, providing professional legal services for Chinese enterprises in Germany. During her work, she also studied Business English at Berlitz Language School in Germany.
After returning to China, Ms. Zhou worked at law firms specializing in different fields and accumulated rich domestic work experience. She finally joined Harden & Wells as a professional lawyer specializing in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, International Arbitration, and International Business Negotiation.
Ms. Zhou Yuan provides legal services for sports event contract review of football events such as Italian Super Cup and French Super Cup; she was the dedicated person in charge of the client's plan to introduce and host German Super Cup in China. In 2014, Ms. Zhou closely participated in the M&A project of the Dutch first-class football club ADO DEN HAAG for the Chinese client, and provided legal support for the club's daily operations after client's successful acquisition of the club. Ms. Zhou Yuan is the regular legal counsel of Taizan (Beijing) Co., Ltd., she provides legal services for the preseason Match of La Liga of Spain, and also provides professional legal services for other sports companies or events.
Ms. Zhou has extensive practice experience and outstanding language talent. She is capable of providing professional services to clients using German, English, and Chinese as working languages. |
