Li,Kai
Mr. Li is a partner at Harden and Wells. He received his LL.B. degree at the Law Dept of Peking University in 1984, and obtained his LL.M. degree at the Law School of Jilin University in 1991.
During the period of 1984-1997, Mr. Li worked at courts. He gained rich experience in trials, handling many economic disputes and participating in trials of major cases. During his time at the court, Mr. Li joined the work of drafting judicial rules of the Highest Court and local regulations, contributing significantly to combining trial practice with law-making.
Mr. Li started his lawyer work at Beijing DeHeng Law Firm in 1997 and entered Harden and Wells as a partner in 2001. Mr. Li specializes in handling major litigation and arbitration cases. Based on his trial experience, he provides clients with effective plans. He possesses strong court experience and protects the legal interests of clients. Mr. Li has represented many domestic and foreign clients in the Highest Court and provincial courts. With solid legal knowledge, Mr. Li applies legal theories to his cases, providing satisfactory services to clients. |
