Mr. Li is a partner at Harden & Wells. He graduated from the Law Department of Peking University with LL.B degree in 1984, and received his LL.M degree from Jilin University in 1991.

Mr. Li started to work at court since 1984. He had been vice presiding judge of Economic Division of High People¡¯s Court of Jilin Province and nominated as presiding judge of Economic Division of Supreme People¡¯s Court of the PRC between 1995 and 1997. He acquired rich trial experience, settled a large amount of economic disputes and participated in the judgment of some major and complicated cases. Mr. Li also engaged in the work of legal interpretation and local legislation, and made great contribution to the combination of trial practice and legislation.

Mr. Li started his lawyer career at Beijing Deheng Law Firm since 1997, and became a partner of Harden & Wells in 2001. Mr. Li is adept in solving major and complicated litigation and arbitration cases, and provides effective and practicable litigation strategy for the clients, based on his experience obtained from trail. He is also experienced in court hearing and furthest acts in the best interests of the clients. Mr. Li ever successfully represented on behalf of many domestic clients at the Supreme People¡¯s Court of PRC and some high courts. He has rather profound legal knowledge and provides satisfactory services to the clients by applying legal theory flexibly into his attorney work.
